Masud Parves Library Project

Since 2011 LDI is involved in the Masud Parves Library Project, which is a non-profitable, non-political, voluntary, charitable, social, knowledge and information center for the people of Atulia union under Shyamnagar thana of Satkhira district, Bangladesh. Our organization believes that education is the cornerstone for a healthy and sustainable process of local development, and poor people from rural areas of Bangladesh need this project to be completed.

The objective of Masud Parves Library are:

  1. a) to facilitate access to educational logistics for students and information for all,
  2. b) to organize educational events,
  3. c) to organize training programs for students, youths and farmers for their skill development, and
  4. d) to provide shelter during the natural disaster and when necessary.
